H.O.M.E. of Florida provides street outreach to unhoused citizens, offering healthy meals, medical education, and connecting them to community-based medical resources in Orange and Pinellas counties. Founded in 2016, by college student Coltan Edwards, the organization has served hundreds, ensuring basic medical needs are met through education, collaboration, and consistent care.
